Frequent Diner Club Rules Join our frequent dining program and earn one point for every dollar spent on food purchases. We’ll keep track of your points for you! When you have earned your first 500 points, you will automatically receive two $50 award credits posted to your account; $50 credit per 500 points thereafter. Active members will also receive a special $25 credit for their birthday, plus, earn Double Points every Monday! Rule # 1. No purchase is necessary to receive a Frequent Dining Club card. 2. You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a Frequent Dining Club card. 3. Card will be activated upon first use. 4. Card may be used to earn points at restaurant.mc. It is not a credit card. 5. Members who present their card when dining will receive one base point for every dollar of food purchases. Points will be rounded up or down to nearest dollar. 6. Points are also applied to take-out orders. 7. Points are not awarded on gratuities, taxes, discounts, redeemed gift certificates, alcoholic beverages or other offers. 8. Points will only be issued the day of purchase. 9. Points are not transferable. 10. A member dining without their Frequent Diner Club Club card must inform their server and receive a special receipt to send to Customer Service for credit. No missing points will be credited without a receipt. 11. A member’s account will become inactive after twelve (12) months of inactivity. Member point balance may be reset to zero and mailings will be discontinued. To reactivate your account, simply use your card. The Frequent Diner Club is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. 13. The Frequent Diner Club reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member's point balance if any unauthorized points are awarded or redeemed. 14. restaurant.mc and David Burke Global employees, affiliates and immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Frequent Diner Club. 15. The Frequent Diner Club reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. 16. No double points will be awarded to gift certificate purchases. Points will be awarded only to the purchase, not the redemption of gift certificates. 17. Points for parties of over two thousand five hundred dollars or gift certificate purchases will only be issued to active members. An active member is someone with a minimum of 50 accumulated points.
